The APVMA has approved permit PER 9160 for Nuprid 200SC for use in Tropical fruits in NSW, QLD, NT and WA only; for use in Cape gooseberry in QLD only; and for Celery, Cucumber, Asian root vegetables and Peppers in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS and WA from 29-11-07 to 31-12-2010. The APVMA has approved permit PER 9160 for Nuprid 350SC for use in Potatoes in Queensland from 29-11-07 to 31-12-2010. See attached for permit for conditions of use.

Permit 8819 : Use date extension of permit for the control of Sclerotinia in brassicas, brassica leafy vegetable, lettuce and green beans - Filan (boscalid)
The permit is applicable for all States (other than Victoria) and is now in effect from October 10th 2005 until October 31st 2009.
Nufarm is in the process of completing research and development activities that will ultimatly enable these crops to be registered.
A copy of the permit is attached.
