Maintaining a regular protectant spray program is important. Acrobat SC, together with its tank mixture partner, must be applied as a protectant treatment before infection takes place and the disease has penetrated the plant.
When using protectant fungicides it is extremely important to ensure plant tissue is fully covered as fungal pathogens will penetrate unprotected plant areas. Spray intervals depend on the residual properties of the fungicide, plant growth (new plant tissue is not
protected after application), weather and overhead irrigation events.
