Rathbone completes stock sale
|
Nufarm Limited’s Managing Director, Doug Rathbone, confirmed today that he sold one million Nufarm shares yesterday. Mr Rathbone retains an interest in approximately 31 million shares in the company.
The sale is consistent with a statement made by Mr Rathbone on May 24 that he intended to sell approximately one million shares to assist in the restructuring of debt associated with his family business.
The shares were sold to a number of Australian and overseas institutional investors at $6.15, a 2% discount to yesterday’s closing price of $6.28.
Mr Rathbone said he currently has no intentions of selling any additional Nufarm shares.
