Nufarm divests NZ animal health business
|
Nufarm Limited announced today that it has sold its New Zealand based animal health toll manufacturing business to Argenta Manufacturing Limited. Total proceeds of the sale are $31 million.
The animal health business was a division of Nufarm Health & Sciences, located at Manurewa, near Auckland. The business manufactures animal health products on behalf of leading animal health companies.
