Ryegrass Control on Unimproved Roadsides.

Piper® Herbicide provides an excellent tool for DOT managers and others to selectively control Italian ryegrass and other winter annual weeds on unimproved roadsides. Control of Italian ryegrass reduces mowing costs. Piper Herbicide also releases desirable bermudagrass and bahiagrass, which in turn reduces soil erosion.

SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE
  • Controls Italian ryegrass and other winter annual weeds: reduces mowing costs
  • Releases desirable bermudagrass and bahiagrass: reduces soil erosion
  • Improves resistance management: two modes of action to help control ALS-resistant Italian ryegrass
  • Wide application window: long-lasting pre-emergence and early post-emergence control

USE SUMMARY
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Piper® Herbicide may be applied by ground or by air. Application equipment should be clean and in good repair. Nozzles should be uniformly spaced on boom and frequently checked for accuracy.

GROUND APPLICATION
Piper Herbicide and Piper Herbicide tank mixes can be applied with ground equipment using standard commercial sprayers equipped with flat fan (pre-plant or pre-emergence applications only) designed to deliver the desired spray pressure and spray volume.
